What this site is

A catalogue of UK residential property released from a private portfolio below typical market rates. Each completed sale funds a fixed donation — see how the donation works.

Figures on this site

Rental income and yields are estimates based on comparable local lettings. They are not guarantees, and they exclude void periods, letting and management fees, and maintenance. Stamp duty figures are estimates — confirm them with your conveyancer.

Valuations are prepared by independent RICS-registered valuers and are dated. You can review the valuation before exchange.

Nothing on this site is financial, tax or legal advice. Capital is at risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Going direct to the seller

Property addresses and legal packs are provided to signed-in users to evaluate a purchase. Using them to approach a seller directly, or passing them to a third party to do so, is a breach of these terms.

This is not a formality. The donation comes out of the fee earned when a sale completes through us. A sale taken outside the platform earns no fee, so it funds nothing.

Your responsibilities as a buyer

Commission your own survey and legal checks. We present the information we hold, including an independent valuation, but we are not a substitute for your own due diligence.
