What we collect when you enquire

Your name, email address and phone number, plus how you intend to fund the purchase and your target timescale. We use it to respond to your enquiry about that property.

What we collect when you sign in

Your email address, and the properties you save. We also record which property addresses you view and when. That record exists to detect bulk harvesting of addresses, and it stores a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: 24 months, then deleted automatically.
• Address-view records: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Account data: until you ask us to delete it.

Deletion runs on a schedule, not on request — it happens whether or not we remember.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is sent to our internal team so someone can contact you. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with the property seller unless you ask us to.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account removes your saved properties and alert settings at the same time.
